News Title:DRB Homes has released villa home plans at Indigo at the Preserve, adding further clarity to the project’s rollout and signaling growing development momentum in this next-phase coastal community.
The Preserve is a new master planned community coming soon to North Myrtle Beach. The master planned community of The Preserve is conveniently located near the intersection of Highway 22 and Highway 31 right off of Water Tower Road. The Preserve will be developed on an approximate 100+ acre piece of property.
The master planned community of The Preserve is located near a couple of other communities that are currently under development - (1) Waterside by Meritage Homes and (2) Grande Dunes North Village by Ryan Homes. Barefoot Resort is located on the opposite side of Highway 22 from The Preserve.
