The McCormick Townhomes are located between Forestbrook Road and Burcale Road right off of McCormick Road.
The new townhomes off of McCormick Road are being developed on an approximate 59.07 acre of land.
Horry County has approved development for 303 townhomes.
Ryan Homes is the builder of these townhomes.
Ryan Homes has not yet announced the timing, townhome plans, or pricing for this new townhome community off of McCormick Road.
Expectations are that Ryan Homes will start presales of the McCormick Townhomes in the late spring of 2026.
