Champions Park is a new townhome community coming soon to Little River by Lennar
The new townhome community of Champions Park is conveniently located just off of Champions Boulevard and will be located adjacent to the 96 acre piece of land where Phase 2 of the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex is located.
Lennar, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders – and a builder committed to building in the Myrtle Beach area, is the builder of the townhomes in Champions Park.
The Horry County RIDE 3 Champions Boulevard extension to link up to Long Bay Road adds appeal to the location of Lennar’s new home community of Champions Park. This RIDE 3 project was a key part of the North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex expansion, which was funded through the Horry County RIDE 3 program.
Champions Park is contained within the Sandridge Tract, a 2,400 acre tract in North Myrtle Beach that was initially established in 2011. The Sandridge Tract continues the North Myrtle Beach growth of the Parkway Group’s 1,619 acres tract initially established in 2008, and the Barefoot Resort’s 2,300 acre tract initially established in 1999.
The City of North Myrtle Beach has approved up to 650 dwelling units on this parcel where the Champions Park townhomes are being developed.

Lennar will be offering two townhome collections in Champions Park, where a collection is a curated groups of home designs that share a consistent style, set of features, and price point, making it easier for buyers to find their perfect fit.
