News Title:Lennar has just released the highly anticipated floor plans for Forestbrook Village, its newest townhome community—offering an early look at the smart layouts and modern designs that will define this exciting new development.
Forestbrook Village is one of Lennar’s newest townhome communities, coming soon to the Forestbrook area of Myrtle Beach. Forestbrook lies about 5 miles northwest of downtown Myrtle Beach. It’s bordered by U.S. Highway 501 to the northeast, SC Highway 31 (Carolina Bays Parkway) to the northwest, and the Socastee Swamp to the south.
The new townhome community of Forestbrook Village is located in the heart of Forestbrook – directly off of Forestbrook Road and across the street from the existing single-family homes in Forestbrook Estates. Lennar has another new home community further down Forestbrook Road – Arcadia. Mungo Homes and Pulte are also building in Arcadia along with Lennar.
Preliminary plans are indicating approximately 300 townhomes in Forestbrook Village.

The Blakely townhome plan by Lennar in Forestbrook Village has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a 1 car garage and approximately 1,437 square feet of living space. The Blakely townhome plan by Lennar in Forestbrook Village is a two-story townhome that will provide low-maintenance living with everything you need on the first floor. Past the foyer is a fully equipped kitchen which connects to the dining and living spaces, along with an attached patio for indoor-outdoor activities. The owner’s suite with a private bathroom and walk-in closet is located at opposite ends of the home from the secondary bedroom. Upstairs, a versatile bedroom suite provides additional space for homeowners to customize as they please.
The Blakely townhome plan is a very popular Lennar townhome in the area. Lennar is also offering their Blakely townhome plan in the current developments of Collins Walk and Victory Point and also offered the Blakely townhome plan in their recently completed Hoffman Park community.
The Morgan townhome plan by Lennar in Forestbrook Village has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and approximately 1,905 square feet of living space.
