(3) Grande Dunes North Village Estates - starting from the low $500's
Construction with the Sovereign Village Townhomes is in progress showing 8 different buildings with 6 townhome units within each building. Each unit within this 48 townhome community will have 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with approximately 2,000 square feet of heated living space. The townhomes in Sovereign Village are starting at about $370,000. Initial delivery of the townhomes in Sovereign Village will be early 2025.
Watertower Estates (Suriano Homes)
There are planned to be 67 townhomes in the new home community of Watertower Estates. This is a true townhome community where you own the land under your home. A standard feature of the Watertower Estates townhomes is the inclusion of a garage. Marshfield (Beazer)
Land is being developed off of Water Tower Road on this parcel of land that is approximately 221.42 acres. This is a very convenient location near the interchange of Highway 22 and Highway 31 and close to Highway 90. Beazer Homes will be the builder in the new home community of Marshfield on this parcel of land in North Myrtle Beach. Beazer is anticipating to begin to sell homes in the Winter of 2025 in the new home community of Marshfield. Preliminary plans are indicating completion of development of this new home community of Marshfield within five years. Early on plans are indicating approximately 112 lots in Phase 1 and 140 lots in Phase 2 in Marshfield.
There are planned to be approximately 92 single family homes developed in the new home community of Forestwood just off of Water Tower Road. Forestwood will have numerous Amenities/Features, including a Planed Pavilion, Walking Paths, Planned Swimming Pool and Playground, Planned Firepit, and Pickleball Courts. Pulte is making excellent progress with the clearing of land and the development of the models in the new home community of Forestwood in North Myrtle Beach. Pulte is expected to announce pricing in January 2025 for presales in Forestwood.
As a result of all of this new growth along Water Tower Road, a new Police and Fire Station is being planned – to be developed behind the UPS building off of Water Tower Road.
