News Title: The Collins Jollie Conservation Subdivision continues to move forward – D. R. Horton’s Maple Grove seeking final approval for all 6 phases of development.
At the January 8, 2026 Conway Planning and Development Planning Commission Meeting, it is expected that the overall layout for phases 1 thru 6 Maple Grove (part of Collins Jollie Conservation Subdivision) will be approved.

The preliminary Master Plan for the Collins Jollie Conservation Subdivision proposes a total of 1,333 units (single-family detached and single-family attached) across the entire 809 acres. The Master Plan for the Collins Jollie Conservation Subdivision is splitting the property into multiple tracts (with multiple owners) for development. Each tract that is being split off to be developed needs to be approved in accordance with the approved Master Plan.

Maple Grove is one of the subdivisions within the Collins Jollie Subdivision. The other subdivisions within the Collins Jollie Conservation Subdivision include Westwood Reserve (Great Southern Homes) and Kingston Oaks (Lennar).

D. R. Horton will be the builder within the Maple Grove Subdivision within the Collins Jollie Conservation Subdivision

Preliminary plans for Maple Grove by D. R. Horton are to build 343 single family homes:
- Phase 1 of Maple Grove to have 51 lots, 16.45 acres of Open Space
- Phase 2 of Maple Grove to have 60 lots and 10.35 acres of Open Space
- Phase 3 of Maple Grove to have 63 lots and 4.24 acres of Open Space
- Phase 4 of Maple Grove to have 49 lots and 6.29 acres of Open Space
- Phase 5 of Maple Grove to have 60 lots and 2.20 acres of Open Space
- Phase 6 of Maple Grove to have 60 lots and 1.58 acres of Open Space

D. R. Horton has not yet announced timing or pricing for the single-family homes in Maple Grove

Progress is accelerating at the Collins Jollie Conservation Subdivision. Details on the other Collins Jollie Conservation Subdivision communities that are currently underway are as follows.

Kingston Oaks

Lennar is the builder in the Kingston Oaks Subdivision within the Collins Jollie Conservation Subdivision. Kingston Oaks will be comprised of a total of 223 single family lots. Plans for Phase 1 in Kingston Oaks will be to develop 185 single family home lots on a 73 acre parcel. Preliminary plans for Phase 2 in Kingston Oaks will be to develop 39 homes on 27 acres of land. The new home community of Kingston Oaks in Conway is offering single-family homes with 3-4 bedrooms, 2-2.5 bathrooms, 1-2 story homes, and approximate square footage starting from 1,046 square feet to 1,892 square feet. Lennar is offering 6 different plans in Kingston Oaks. Pricing of the new homes in Kingston Oaks is starting in the upper $200’s. Presales in Kingston Oaks started in June of 2025.

Westwood Reserve

Great Southern Homes is the builder in the Westwood Reserve Subdivision within the Collins Jollie Conservation Subdivision. Preliminary plans from Great Southern Homes are to build 215 single family homes on this 134 acre parcel (Westwood Reserve) within the Collins Jollie master planned community. Great Southern Homes is pricing the single family homes in Westwood Reserve starting in the $300's. Presales in Westwood Reserve started in August of 2025. Great Southern Homes has released the first phase of about 50 single-family homes in Westwood Reserve.
