News Title: Pulte Homes has officially announced pricing for their new single-family homes in the next phase of Indigo Bay and has also released the homesite map
Indigo Bay is a new home community in Carolina Forest located between the single-family home communities of Waterbridge and Summerlyn – just off of Carolina Forest Boulevard.

Indigo Bay’s prime location in the highly desirable Carolina Forest area provides convenient for residents to access to Highway 31 and Highway 501 while being just minutes from the beach.

Indigo Bay is a gated community offering a tranquil escape with tree-lined homesites and breathtaking views of the 50+ acre lake.

Amenities at Indigo Bay include a community pool, clubhouse, dog park, fitness center, pickleball courts, and a kayak/paddleboard.

Indigo Bay is located within walking distance of the new Horry County Elementary School that recently opened up for the 2025-2026 school year – Ten Oaks Elementary School 

Horry County has approved the development of 376 single-family homes in the new home community of Indigo Bay in Carolina Forest.

Thus far, as of March 2026, 242 single family homes home been constructed in Indigo Bay with an additional 134 single family homes remaining to be built in Indigo Bay.

The single-family homes in Indigo Bay in Carolina Forest first began to sell back in 2017.  As of March 2026, the single-family homes in Indigo Bay have sold from $300,000 to over $800,000 with an average selling price of approximately $540,000.

There have been several builders in the new home community of Indigo Bay.

Ryan Homes building in Indigo Bay

One of the latest builders, Ryan Homes, completed their new home section of 74 single-family homes in Indigo Bay at the end of 2025e.  The single family homes built by Ryan Homes were from 3+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, and from 1,898 square feet of living space.  The single family homes by Ryan Homes featured upgraded coastal exteriors with James Hardie siding and masonry accents.

Ryan Homes priced their single-family homes in Indigo Bay from the upper $400’s.

Pulte Homes building in Indigo Bay

Pulte Homes is the latest builder in Indigo Bay.

This long-awaited new section in Indigo Bay by Pulte will feature 64 new homesites in one of Carolina Forest’s most desirable gated communities, known for its scenic setting, 50-acre lake, and resort-style amenities including a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, pickleball courts, and kayak launch.

As of March 2026, Pulte Homes has just announced pricing of their single-family homes in Indigo Bay starting at the mid $500’s.

Pulte has not yet announced floor plans for their new homes in Indigo Bay.
