The model homes in Crescent Cove became available for walk through in early February 2024, presales started shortly thereafter, and the first set of homes in Crescent Cove closed in July of 2024. Prices of the single-family homes sold in Crescent Cove have ranged from the $300’s to the lower $800’s with an average selling price at around $500,000.
As of January 2026, Pulte has now opened up three phases in Crescent Cove. Pulte’s initial phase at Crescent Cove is completely sold out and the next two phases are progressing well. These initial three phases at Crescent Cove represent nearly 300 single-family homes.
Phase 1A in Crescent Cove consisted of approximately 132 single family homes. Outside of the model homes that are included in this initial phase, Pulte has sold all of the single-family homes in Phase 1A.
Phase 2A in Crescent Cove consists of approximately 70 single-family homes. The single-family homes in Phase 2A at Crescent Cove is approximately 35% sold out as of January 2026.
Phase 3A in Crescent Cove consists of approximately 74 single-family homes. The single-family homes in Phase 3A at Crescent Cove is about 75% sold out as of January 2026.
Additional phases that will be located closer to the Intracoastal Waterway have not yet been released by Pulte.
