This final bonded plat will officially approve Phase Two of SeaChase Pointe whereby the developer will formally agree to provide the financial guarantee (or bond) the ensure completion of the required infrastructure improvements within the development.
The North Myrtle Beach Planning Commission approved the preliminary plat of subdivision for SeaChase Pointe on December of 2022 and the Phase One final plat was approved in July of 2024.
The infrastructure from the previously approved preliminary plat is currently under construction.
