Belle Park has a fantastic location in North Myrtle Beach - just off of Highway 17 and only about a mile to the beach!

The Belle Park master planned community in total has a couple of hundred homes on three general sections, (1) Lake Homes at Belle Park, (2) Belle Park Preserve, and (3) Belle Park. D. R. Horton will be completing the final section of the Belle Park master planned community.

The Lake Homes at Belle Park are comprised of 59 single family homes and 5 townhomes. The community is designed as a non-drive-through area, offering residents privacy and a tranquil environment while still being close to the amenities of North Myrtle Beach. Homes in Lake Homes at Belle Park are much smaller than the new D. R. Horton single-family homes as they typically feature 2 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 2 bathrooms, with sizes ranging from 924 to 1,360 square feet. The community was established between 1986 and 1988.

The existing Belle Park Preserve community features custom-built homes, many of which are three- and four-bedroom residences situated on wooded lots that provide shade and a sense of comfort. Most homes are relatively new, offering modern amenities and designs. A notable advantage of Belle Park Preserve is the absence of a Homeowners Association, allowing residents more flexibility.

D. R. Horton purchased the remaining lots to be built in Belle Park in December of 2023. This section of close to a dozen lots that D. R. Horton will be building is located on the south side of Belle Park close to Highway 17. These lots are nestled around 9th Avenue South.

Of the eleven lots that D. R. Horton will be building single-family homes, as of May 2025, 4 of the single family homes are already under contract.
