Grissett Landing is a new home community in Conway. This Conway new home community is located within a few miles of downtown historic Conway and directly off of highway 905. The 140 mile long Waccamaw River enters South Carolina and flows across Horry County, past Conway. This slow moving blackwater river runs close to Highway 905, just a few miles east of downtown Conway and connects with a little known small lake named "Grissett Lake". It is at this waterway intersection that Great Southern Homes is building the new home community of Grissett Landing.
