Located less than a mile from Highway 501, the community provided convenient access to grocery stores, retail shopping, restaurants, churches, healthcare facilities and other essential services, as well as an easy route toward Myrtle Beach and surrounding communities.
With its boutique size and oversized homesites, Beach Gardens offered an appealing alternative to larger, more densely developed neighborhoods. The homes featured thoughtfully designed, energy-efficient floor plans ranging from approximately 1,250 to 2,300 square feet, with layouts emphasizing functional kitchens, open living areas, spaces for entertaining and opportunities to enjoy outdoor living.
