Middlebrooke is a new home community in Murrells Inlet near Garden City that has not yet begun development as of April 2024. The Middlebrooke subdivision is planned to have 513 single family units developed. This Garden City new home community is conveniently located between Highway 17 and business Highway 17 - close to the beach! Middlebrooke will be developed alongside of Woodlake Village and the Indian Wells Golf Villas, just off of the Garden City Connector.
