Collins Walk is a new home community coming soon to Conway. In June 2024, Lennar purchased approximately 20 acres of land just north of downtown Conway right off of the east side of Highway 501. Collins Walk is located adjacent to the Tiger Grand and Rivertown Row communities. Lennar is well committed to building in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. Preliminary plans are showing 3 phases of development in Collins Walk, with the first phase consisting of approximately 47 homes.
