Hope Pointe is a new community in North Myrtle Beach by Ryan Homes that started presales of single-family homes in June of 2025!

The new home community of Hope Pointe is conveniently located right off of Little River Neck Road and extends all the way to the Intracoastal Waterway.

Hope Pointe is being developed adjacent to the Tidewater Golf Club – one of the premier golf courses in all of the Grand Strand. Nestled between the Intracoastal Waterway and Cherry Grove Inlet, Tidewater Golf Club delivers unmatched natural beauty and a layout that has been ranked among the nation’s top 100 public golf courses. Tidewater Golf Club, which was named the nation’s best new public course by both Golf Digest and Golf Magazine when it opened in 1990, was purchased by an investment group affiliated with KemperSports (a property and experience management company that has over 40 years’ worth of experience), which took over operation of the North Myrtle Beach in August 2023. KemperSports intends to continue operating Tidewater as it is.

An exciting feature of Hope Pointe includes a dock and 44 private boats slips! The boat slips are planned to be approximately 12.5 feet in length – enough to accommodate a 30 foot boat!
Being located along the Intracoastal Waterway, residents will have direct access to the Atlantic Ocean and nearby inlets.

Ryan Homes is offering the boat slips on a first come first serve basis.

In total, Hope Pointe is expected to have 95 single family homes and 146 villas (townhomes).
