Ryan Homes new home communities in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas of Myrtle Beach include:
- Anderson Farm Townhomes (Calabash, NC) – first started to sell at the end of 2024, there will be 336 townhomes
- Course Club Villas (Murrells Inlet) – first started to sell in the fall of 2024
- Forestbrook Townhomes (Carolina Forest) – first started to sell in 2022, there will be a total of 207 townhomes
- Grande Dunes North Village (North Myrtle Beach) – development began in 2024, offering villas, townhomes, cottages and single-family home estates

- Meadows Edge (Conway) – started presales in the fall of 2024, there will be 211 single-family homes and 114 multi-family homes
- Sterling Oaks (Calabash, NC) – started presales in June of 2025, there will be 337 single-family homes
