The new home community of Plantersfield first began to close homes in the late spring of 2024. In a little over a year the community has sold out - all 87 of the single-family homes. The new single family homes in Plantersfield sold from $200,000 to the low $300’s with an average selling price of approximately $260,000. Plantersfield had 3-4 bedroom single family homes with 2-3 baths and 2 car garages.
