Lennar started presales in Brunswick Plantation in 2024.
Lennar is offering both townhomes and single-family homes in their new section around Brunswick Plantation.
For the townhomes, Lennar is offering their Blakely Model - a 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome with approximately 1,437 square feet of living space.
For the single-family homes, Lennar is offering at least 3 different floor plans:

Norris Farm
Norris Farm is a future subdivision that was approved back in April of 2021. There are 304 single-family units approved for development in Norris Farm on two combined parcels that total 108.57 acres. Timing for development in Norris Farm has not yet been announced.
McLamb Farm
McLamb Farm is a future subdivision that was approved back in September of 2023. There are 319 single-family units approved for development in McLamb Farm on approximately 82.39 acres. Timing for development in McLamb Farm has not yet been announced.
