An additional 26 single family homes in Lauderdale Bay Estates are currently being developed in Lauderdale Bay Estates. That would bring the total number of single family homes in Lauderdale Bay Estates to 98. The rezoning of this Phase 2 area to accommodate the additional 26 single family homes in Lauderdale Bay Estates will include sidewalks and a community garden. All but 2 of the newly proposed lots in Phase 2 of Lauderdale Bay Estates are within 1 or more flood zones.
Encroachment and Stormwater Permits were obtained in the summer of 2025 and land development is well underway.
