News Title: Sterling Oaks is a new home community by Ryan Homes that is coming soon to Ash, North Carolina.
Ash, NC is a rural and quiet area situated inland just north of Carolina Shores, not far from the NC/SC border. The new home community of Sterling Oaks in Ash is roughly 20 minutes from the coastal towns like Shallotte, Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach and less than an hour from Myrtle Beach, SC and Wilmington, NC. Brunswick Plantation is another new home community not far from where Sterling Oaks is being developed.
The new home community of Sterling Oaks is being developed on an approximate 76.12 acre of land. There are 338 units approved for development.
Ryan Homes is offering five different models in Sterling Oaks:
- Rosewood – 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car garage, 1,434 square feet of living space – with a first floor owner’s suite
- Iris – 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 car garage, 1,660 square feet of living space
- Caroline – 3+ bedroom, 2.5+ bathroom, 2 car garage, 1,775 square feet of living space – with a first floor owner’s suite
- Lily – 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 car garage, 1,900 square feet of living space
- Marigold – 4+ bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 car garage, 2,114 square feet of living space
