Chesapeake Homes is the builder of The Willows. The initial phase of The Willows in Loris consists of 96 homesites on an approximate 41 acre parcel of land. Future phases in The Willows will be developed on the remaining 43 acres with about another 100 single family homes. Homesites in The Willows are up to ¼ acre – setting up options like a three car garage.
Chesapeake Homes first began to sell the single-family homes in Phase 1 of The Willows back in late 2024. As of September 2025, Chesapeake Homes has closed over 20 single-family homes in The Willows with selling prices ranging from the middle $300’s to the upper $400’s with an average selling price at around $431,000.
Chesapeake Homes has just announced that all of the remaining homesites in their first phase are now available.
