News Title: D. R. Horton has unveiled six thoughtfully designed floor plans for their new home community, Chapman Village, located in Conway.
Chapman Village is a new home community in Conway situated on 11.83 acres right off of Medlen Parkway on the north side of downtown Conway.

Midtown Village and Elmhurst are a couple of the existing subdivisions that are adjacent to where Chapman Village will be developed.

D. R. Horton is the builder in Chapman Village.

D. R. Horton will be building 45 single-family homes in Chapman Village with lot sizes ranging from 5,475 square feet to 5,995 square feet.

D. R. Horton will be offering their Tradition Series homes in Chapman Village. The Tradition Series is where D. R. Horton began and the product they have grown with throughout the years. Built with an emphasis on value and trust, homebuyers across the nation have called D.R. Horton their home since 1978.

D. R. Horton has announced six floorplans for their new home community in Conway – Chapman Village.

1. Acadia

The Acadian Plan in Chapman Village has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2 car garage, 1 story, and 1,618 square feet of living space. The Acadia brings easy, one-level living to life with an open kitchen, dining, and living area that flows naturally to the covered patio. With the primary bedroom tucked away for privacy and two additional bedrooms up front, this design blends comfort with convenience

2. Belfort

The Belfort Plan in Chapman Village has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 2 car garage, 2 stories, and 2,256 square feet of living space. The Belfort offers the best of both worlds with the primary bedroom on the main level and a spacious upstairs living area for added flexibility. An open kitchen and great room flow to the patio, creating the perfect backdrop for gatherings and everyday living.

3. Calvert

The Calvert Plan in Chapman Village has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2 car garage, 1 story, and 1,633 square feet of living space. The Calvert brings everything you need onto one level, with a bright open kitchen and great room that flow seamlessly to the covered patio. The spacious primary bedroom is tucked away from two additional bedrooms, offering both comfort and convenience in a thoughtful design.

4. Glynn

The Glynn Plan in Chapman Village has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 2 car garage, 2 stories, and 2,344 square feet of living space. The Glynn features a bright, open first floor with plenty of space to gather, plus a flexible room that adapts to your needs. Upstairs, four bedrooms—including a spacious primary suite—create room for everyone, with laundry close by for convenience.

5. Mackenzie2

The Mackenzie2 in Chapman Village has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 2 car garage, 2 stories, and 2,289 square feet of living space. The Mackenzie 2 is built for both gathering and privacy. An open kitchen, dining, and living area flow seamlessly to the covered porch, while upstairs, the loft and spacious primary bedroom create the perfect retreat from the day-to-day.

6. Woodstock

The Woodstock Plan in Chapman Village has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a 2 car garage, 2 stories, and 2,361 square feet of living space. The Woodstock offers an open kitchen and dining area, a spacious loft, and thoughtfully designed bedrooms to fit your everyday needs. With flexible living spaces across two stories, this home is built for both comfort and convenience.

D. R. Horton is well invested in the area. Elmhurst Crossing, just off of Cultra Road near Chapman Village is a future D. R. Horton community that is in the planning stages.

D. R. Horton also owns an approximate 12 acre parcel as well as an approximate 18 acre parcel of land off of Medlen Parkway. D. R. Horton has not yet announced their plans for these two parcels.

Realstar (Lennar) owns a piece of property adjacent to where Chapman Village is being developed and adjacent to where Elmhurst Crossing is being planned but has not yet announced plans for their property. In 2021, Lennar acquired Realstar the privately-held Coastal Carolinas company operating along and well within a North and South Carolinas corridor that arcs as far north as Wilmington, N.C., and bends southwestward to Charleston, S.C. and Hilton Head. Realstar targets the Myrtle Beach area, with communities to the north up to Ocean Isle Beach, NC, including Pawleys Island, Conway, Myrtle Beach, Little River, and reaching south towards Hilton Head.
