The community includes approximately 353 single-family homes, with designs intended to accommodate a range of household sizes, lifestyles and budgets. During its development, Cypress Ridge provided buyers with the opportunity to purchase a newly constructed home in an established growth area of northern Horry County, away from the busier coastal corridors while remaining within convenient driving distance of the region's beaches, shopping, restaurants, golf courses and entertainment.

Located just off Highway 9 in Longs, Cypress Ridge sits across from the Heritage Park subdivision, placing residents near one of the area's principal east-west travel routes.
