Collins Walk is a new townhome community in Conway that began to presell in October of 2024. The new townhome community of Collins Walk is located just north of downtown Conway right off of the east side of Highway 501 adjacent to the Tiger Grand and Rivertown Row communities. In the new home community of Osprey Isle, a total of 345 units on 157.1 acres of land with total open space of 115.3 acres was approved by Brunswick County back in June of 2022. This Conway new townhome community of The Townes@Amber Bluff is conveniently located off of Route 378 right off of Savannah Bluff Road near where Highway 544 intersects with Highway 378 and very close to where Highway 501 intersects Highway 378 and Highway 544. Coastal Carolina University is just a short distance away from where The Townes at Amber Bluff are being developed. Downtown Conway is also just minutes away to the north/northwest. D. R. Horton is developing 125 townhomes in The Townes at Amber Bluff. D. R. Horton is offering The Pearson floorplan in The Townes at Amber Bluff.
