News Title: Here are some of the newest and most exciting townhome communities in the Myrtle Beach area that have recently launched sales or are expected to open soon
Townhomes are an attractive option for many people. Many prospective homeowners opt for a townhome vs a single-family home due to lower initial cost, reduced homeowner maintenance, and often, community amenities.

Myrtle Beach is experiencing new home growth in both single-family home communities and townhome communities.

With all of the new home communities begin developed and planned in the Myrtle Beach area, it can be difficult to keep track of them all. The New Homes Myrtle Beach site is intended to be the most informative resource to keep track of new home activity in the area – not just the new single family home communities but the new townhome communities as well.

Some of the exciting newer townhome communities in the Myrtle Beach area that have recently started to sell or that are planned to be opening soon are as follows:

Bally Castle (Mungo)
Bally Castle is a new townhome community in Murrells Inlet within the International Golf Club of Myrtle Beach that started presales in late August of 2025. Mungo Homes is the builder in Bally Castle. The townhomes in Bally Castle range from 1,800 square feet to 1,900 square feet. Mungo Homes is offering 2 different floorplans in Bally Castle. Mungo Homes is pricing the Hyacinth model in Bally Castle starting at $349,900. Mungo Homes is pricing the Hydrangea model in Bally Castle starting at $354,900.

Blue Heron Retreat Villas (Ashton Woods)

Ashton Woods started presales in Blue Heron Retreat in August of 2025. Current plans from Ashton Woods in Blue Heron Retreat are showing approximately 74 single family homes - named the Blue Heron Retreat: Oasis Series. Within the Blue Heron Retreat: Oasis Series of single family homes, preliminary plans from Ashton Woods are showing 43 these single family homes to be situated along the Intracoastal Waterway. Preliminary plans from Ashton Woods are also showing an additional 210 villas (Blue Heron Retreat: Villas) – some with pond views. Future community amenities in Blue Heron Retreat by Ashton Woods will be a swimming pool, pickleball courts and a day dock on the Intracoastal Waterway. Ashton Woods has announced the home plans for the villas in Blue Heron Retreat - Palmetto – 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, 1 to 2 stories, 1 car garage, approximately 1,058 to 1,551 square feet of living space. The Palmetto Villa is being priced starting from $300,000.

Course Club Villas at Prince Creek (Ryan Homes)
This new townhome community in Prince Creek is located on the northern end of the Tournament Player’s Club (TPC) of Myrtle Beach. The Course Club Villas is one of numerous subdivisions within the popular master planned community of Prince Creek. The master planned community of Prince Creek in Murrells Inlet resides on nearly 3,000 acres and has a convenient location off of Tournament Boulevard less than 5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean. The Course Club Villas at Prince Creek are the only new construction townhomes being built within Prince Creek at this time. The townhomes within Course Club Villas in Prince Creek will all have upgraded interior finishes, like taller cabinets, luxury flooring, upgraded countertops and much, much more. Ryan Homes is the builder of the Course Club Villas in Prince Creek. Ryan Homes is pricing townhomes in Course Club Villas in Prince Creek starting in the mid $300’s.

Camberly (Lennar)

The new townhome community of Camberly is conveniently located just off of Highway 501 adjacent to the existing subdivision of Waterford Plantation. Camberly is nestled among three of the area’s golf courses: Myrtle Beach National, The Wizard and Man O’War. Arbor Ridge is another new home community - 18 single-family homes - that is currently under development close to Camberly. Lennar will be the builder in the new townhome community of Camberly. Preliminary plans from Lennar are showing 58 townhomes homes in Camberly on a parcel of 13.14 acres of land. Lennar is no stranger to building in the Carolina Forest area. Lennar was the builder in Hidden Pines and Lennar is currently building townhomes in Victory Point. Lennar has not yet announced timing on the new townhome community of Camberly.

Collins Walk (Lennar)
Collins Walk is a new townhome community in Conway that began to presell in October of 2024. In June 2024, Lennar purchased approximately 20 acres of land just north of downtown Conway right off of the east side of Highway 501. Collins Walk is located adjacent to the Tiger Grand and Rivertown Row communities. Lennar is well committed to building in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. Current plans from Lennar are to build approximately 161 townhomes in the new home community of Collins Walk. Townhomes at Collins Walk are priced starting from the middle $250's.

Hope Pointe (Ryan Homes)

Hope Pointe is a new home in North Myrtle Beach that started presales in June of 2025 – by Ryan Homes! The new home community of Hope Pointe is conveniently located right off of Little River Neck Road and extends all the way to the Intracoastal Waterway. In total, Hope Pointe is expected to have 95 single family homes and 146 townhomes. An exciting feature of Hope Pointe will include a dock and 44 private boats slips! The boat slips are planned to be approximately 12.5 feet in length – enough to accommodate a 30 foot boat! A new phase in Hope Pointe that Ryan Homes opened in September of 2025 that includes a set of approximately 146 townhomes. These townhomes will be situated closer to the Little River Neck Road portion of the community. These townhomes will be main-level living townhomes with upgraded interiors consisting of taller cabinets, upgraded countertops, and luxury flooring. These townhomes will offer over 1,600+ square feet of living space.

Meadows Edge Townhomes (Ryan Homes)
Meadows Edge is a new home community in Conway located where the Witch Golf Course was located. Ryan Homes is the builder in Meadows Edge. Ryan Homes began preselling an initial phase of single-family homes in Meadows Edge in the summer of 2024. Meadows Edge is nestled in a park-like setting with sidewalk-lined streets. Meadows Edge offers a serene escape while being conveniently tucked away off 544 in Conway, SC. Take a leisurely stroll and meet your neighbors or enjoy a variety of amenities right at your doorstep, including a community pool to cool off in or gather with friends. Ryan Homes started selling townhomes in Meadows Edge in February 2025. The pricing of the new townhomes in Meadows Edge starts in the mid $200's.

Promenade at Grande Dunes (Dream Finders Homes)
The Promenade at Grande Dunes is one of Dream Finders Homes' newest townhome communities that first started sale in late 2024. Grande Dunes homeownership provides a membership to the exclusive Grande Dunes Ocean Club, which features a private beach access, oceanfront pool with poolside service and a newly renovated restaurant with a breathtaking ocean view. Membership opportunities at Grande Dunes Members Club, Tennis Club and Marina are also available to Grande Dunes homeowners. Dream Finders Homes is offering floor plans ranging from 2,180 sq ft to 2,466 sq ft. Townhomes in The Promenade at Grand Dunes are priced starting at $549.900. Dream Finders Homes will be building approximately 85 townhomes in The Promenade at Grand Dunes.

Reserve at Millpond (D. R. Horton)

The Reserve at Millpond is a new townhome community being planned near the heart of downtown Conway. The Reserve at Millpond is conveniently located on an approximate 41.28 acre parcel just off of Mill Pond Road adjacent to the existing subdivision of Turtle Creek. Preliminary plans for the Reserve at Millpond are showing 45 separate buildings with a total of 234 in common townhome units. It is expected that D. R. Horton will be the builder in the Reserve at Millpond given their history with Diamond Shores – the company currently involved with supporting the application process. Timing for development of the Reserve at Millpond has not yet been announced.

Seabreeze Crossing (DRB Homes)

The new community of Seabreeze Crossing Townhomes in Little River, SC started selling in early November of 2025. The Seabreeze Crossing is the only townhome community in North Myrtle Beach with immediate access to marinas, restaurants, and more! The new home community of Seabreeze Crossing Townhomes is nestled between Little River Estates and Cedar Creek close to where Highway 90, Highway 17 and Highway 9 all come together in Little River. DRB Homes is the builder of the Seabreeze Crossing Townhomes. DRB Homes is building 56 townhomes in Seabreeze Crossing on approximately 5.47 acres of land. DRB Homes is pricing the Seabreeze Crossing Townhomes starting at $299,990.

Sovereign Village Townhomes
Sovereign Village Townhomes is a new home community of townhomes in North Myrtle Beach conveniently located off Water Tower Road near the interchange of Highway 22 and Highway 31. The Sovereign Village Townhomes are being built across Water Tower Road from Barefoot Resort. Current plans within the Sovereign Village Townhome community are showing 8 different buildings with 6 townhome units within each building. Each unit within this 48-townhome community will have 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with approximately 2,000 square feet of heated living space. The townhomes in Sovereign Village are starting at about $370,000. Initial delivery of the townhomes in Sovereign Village was in early 2025.

The Cove at Glenns Bay (D. R. Horton)

The Cove at Glenns Bay is a new townhome in Surfside Beach that started presales in February of 2025. The Cove at Glenns Bay townhomes will be accessible from Glenns Bay Road just south of Holmestown Road near Highway 17. In September of 2023, D. R. Horton purchased this approximate 12 acre parcel of land on the ocean side of Highway 17 in Surfside Beach. This new townhome community in Surfside Beach is being developed around a single street named Bayou Loop. Plans from D. R. Horton are showing 13 buildings - each with 6 townhomes - and one building with 5 townhomes - resulting in a total of 83 townhomes. The Cove at Glenns Bay will be offering D. R. Horton's Pearson Plan, a 2-story townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a 1 car garage and approximately 1,418 square feet of living space.
D. R. Horton is pricing townhomes in the Cove at Glenns Bay starting just under $300,000. Delivery of the initial set of townhomes in The Cove at Glenns Bay was in the early spring of 2025.

Townes at Carolina Forest (DRB Homes)

The Townes at Carolina Forest is a new townhome community being developed in the Carolina Forest area. In July 2024, DRB Homes purchased an 11.69 piece of property behind the Towne Centre Commons in Carolina Forest near the intersection of International Drive and River Oaks Drive. This property is directly adjacent to The Cottages at Myrtle Beach. In February 2024, there was a request to amend the existing MRD to allow 111 townhomes. The preliminary plan proposed 26 two-bedroom units and 85 three-bedroom units.
DRB Homes is the builder in The Townes at Carolina Forest. Land development and spec home construction is well underway. DRB Homes will be pricing the townhomes at the Townes at Carolina Forest from the $200's. This Carolina Forest New Townhomes community is expected to start presales in early 2026.

Townes at Prince Creek West (Toll Brothers)

Toll Brothers recently purchased an additional 7.46 acres of land within the Prince Creek master planned community in Murrells Inlet, SC. This new Toll Brothers parcel is a short distance northeast from the Toll Brothers new home community of Longwood Bluffs and adjacent to more mature subdivision of Seasons @ Prince Creek – a gated adult active 55+ community with 446 single family units. Preliminary plans from Toll Brothers are naming this new community the Townes @ Prince Creek West. Toll Brothers has not yet announced timing or pricing for the Townes @ Prince Creek West.

Townhomes at Long Bay (Hunter Quinn Homes)

The Townhomes at Long Bay is a relatively new community in Longs, SC. The Townhomes at Long Bay are conveniently located around the Long Bay Golf Club off of Highway 9 in Longs, SC. There are planned to be a total of 56 multi-family units in the Townhomes at Long Bay. Thus far 31 of the Townhomes at Long Bay have been constructed and sold. Hunter Quinn is building the remaining 25 of the Townhomes at Long Bay. The initial Townhomes at Long Bay closed in May of 2025.

Victory Point (Lennar)
Victory Point is a new townhome community in Carolina Forest that is now selling! The first delivery of townhomes that are now selling at Victory Point was in January of 2025. Victory Point is conveniently located in the heart of Carolina Forest, directly off of Highway 501 near the interchange with Highway 31. Victory Point is within walking distance to the Tanger Outlets. Horry County Government has approved the development of 401 units. Lennar is building the Victory Point Townhomes on a 13.8-acre piece of land. Pricing of these new Lennar townhomes in Victory Point is starting in the middle $240's. Among the amenities at Victory Point will be a swimming pool, picnic area, playground and pond.

Watertower Estates (Suriano Homes)
Watertower Estates is a new townhome community located just off Water Town Road in North Myrtle Beach. Suriano Homes is the builder in Watertower Estates. There are planned to be 67 townhomes in the new home community of Watertower Estates. This is a true townhome community where you own the land under your home. A standard feature of the Watertower Estates townhomes is the inclusion of a garage. Unlike many homes in the area, the townhomes in Watertower Estates come with a gas furnace and gas stove, granite countertops, beautiful backsplash, stainless steel appliances and upgraded plumbing and lighting fixtures. Watertower Estates are selling with a price point starting in the mid $300’s. The initial townhomes in Watertower Estates sold in September of 2024.

Wildwood Townhomes (Beverly Homes)

Wildwood Townhomes is a new community of townhomes coming soon to the Socastee area of Myrtle Beach. This new Socastee townhome community is located across Highway 707 from Regal Farms and adjacent to the new home community of Hidden Woods. Beverly Homes is the builder of the Wildwood Townhomes. Beverly Homes purchased approximately 7.84 acres of land directly off of Highway 707 and is constructing 15 separate buildings with a total and 80 townhomes in the new community of Wildwood Townhomes. Land development is well underway and the model and several spec homes are currently under construction. Beverly Homes is expected to be pricing the Wildwood Townhomes starting at $285,000.
