Clear Pond is a new home community in Carolina Forest that initially began selling homes back in 2007.

Meritage Homes is one of several builders serving the development needs of this new home community in Carolina Forest. Meritage Homes began development of its homes in this community in the fall of 2022.

This Carolina Forest new home community is located adjacent to the Myrtle Beach National golf courses. This community is located near Highway 501 and Highway 31 and is in close proximity to the Carolina Forest High School.
