Coastal Point West is a Conway new home community that completed development in June of 2025.

The new home community of Coastal Point West is conveniently located near between highway 501 and Highway 90 off of East Cox Ferry Road and adjacent to Wild Wing Plantation.
Coast Carolina University and Horry Georgetown Technical College are just a few minutes across Highway 501 from Coastal Point West.

Mungo Homes was the developer of Coast Point West and was also the developer of Coast Point.

The two Coastal Point communities straddle East Cox Ferry Road, with the 54 single-family homes of Coast Point (East) being on the east side of East Cox Ferry Road and the 181 single-family homes community of Coastal Point West being on the west side of East Cox ferry Road.

Coastal Point (East) started to sell the single-family homes in the summer of 2019 and completed development in late 2021. The 54 single-family homes in Coastal Point (East) sold from the upper $100's early on to the upper $300's, with an average selling price in the middle $200's.

Coast Point West started to sell the single-family homes in the summer of 2021 and completed development in June of 2025. The 181 single-family homes in Coastal Point West sold from the lower to middle $200's early on to the middle $400's, with an average selling price in the middle $300's
