While portions of the property have been preserved through conservation easements, remaining areas are positioned for future residential, commercial, and mixed-use development. The City of North Myrtle Beach has approved up to 650 residential units on the parcel where Champions Park is being developed, creating a new housing opportunity within this emerging area.
